A quick point of clarification - this video explains to a total "newbie" how to sign up for, and start using, WordPress.com.
It DOES NOT related to the open-source software you download and setup with your own hosting account.
The intro to this video is a little confusing because it talks about "self-hosted open-source" which would have you assume the video was going to explain the wordpress.org software, but it's the wordpress.com service that is the subject!
